I finally got around to finishing another faux front page, I'd started it before the snow one but realised I'd already used most of my good dirt track shots recently in other things so I spent a bit of time last night in playing around in the mud.  114 (yes one hundred and fourteen!) shots later I managed to pick a couple out to finish of this little project..

.. don't be surprised to see some more dirty pictures soon ;D.

Been working on turning a street BMW into a race car. I'm a big fan of these guys(Turner Motorsports).

If I get time, I'll add some more decals too it.

You got some tutorials on that shit?

My Photoshop ability is extremely limited due to my simplistic approach to my real world photography but that kind of stuff is interesting to me and something I want to play with.

You would absolutely love Forza's livery editor.

Some of them guys out there do amazing work.  Every car can be turned into a "race car".

Very nice Chrome!  I'm with Ronin about the tutorials or even just some "Quick tips", I haven't experimented yet but I'm going to guess that it involved multiple layers and skewing / perspective on the decals so they look like they're actually on the car, among other things?

Also, since I kind of liked the mosaicy look of how my Rally page turned out I decided to arrange a few more of my recent batch of photos and came out with this..

Practice, practice, practice.

Also google photoshop tutorials.  ;)

Up until about 4-5 years ago, I had never used photoshop. I started entering contest on a truck forum, that had us working on all kinds of cars. I learned more there than on my job, but it helped me at my job tremendously.

Also also, Wizard, you trying to make me buy an xbox?

Youtube is where I learned how to use photoshop. I have never tried what Chrome has done, but there are plenty of video tutorials on just about anything you want to do in PS.
