Ronin, you didn't need to quote those pics, and make them show up again.

Also, what color Subie am I missing?

Fixed.

Boredom makes you do weird stuff.

The Lutecia and Clio have so many colors, it's tough(impossible) to get them all in the same one make race.

Fuckers wouldn't stay together either.  >:(

The RX7's were being a pain too. Tried three different races, and still couldn't get them all.

Some of them can have their wheels replaced.

Can you catch them at the start?

Also, I just wanted to quote all those photos.

Can you catch them at the start?

They're too far spaced out.

Also, I just wanted to quote all those photos.

I promised myself to "hold off" posting a comment in this thread, especially, since I wanted to see what has been going on with this particular venue of car collecting.  And I fully intended to start a thread on this and some other information about the GT5 Cars but since Charlie beat me to it,I have had the urge to add to his compilation and others input by adding some more colors and additional information.

Well here goes....Oh, two things: 1nd: what I have is shaded in Yellow, and 2rd: What I have may not be the entire collection of colors and numbers - I am constantly "trolling" the UCD looking for new ones, so if you have a color I don't show here, please let me know, I am willing to trade for something! Thanks! Oh and 3th, (this is Tuna Land, right? - so O.K., I can't count) I don't mean to step on anyone's toes here, I just wanted to offer up some information and share. ;D

I might add that there are other Race cars that are in the game (as we all know) that are one kind - one color and/or one number or both. for the sake of sanity, I will not name them here *"Thanks, Croonah" -Allstar* Oh, and all are available in the UCD - ya just have to do some "trolling",

The Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09 comes in an unknown number of colors, is Not numbered but I felt that people should know that they come in a variety of colors that are Not re-paintable and are Not Tradeable so if they want to search for a car color, at least they know that there's more than red, white and black (you cannot change/paint the wheels on these):
LavaGrau Perleffekt (dark reddish gray pearl)
Eissilber Metallic (Silver)
Phantomschwarz Perleffekt (Black)
Jetblau Metallic (light blue)
Ibisweib (white)
Brilliantrot (red)

Sepanblau Metallic (Blue) (Thanks, Feldynn!)

The Audi R8 Race Car '01 comes in 2 colors, are numbered separately, are not repaintable or tradeable (you cannot change/paint the wheels on these.:
Red/Silver #1
Yellow Silver #2

The Chevrolet Camaro LM Race car comes in 4 Original colors, All are numbered #65 and are all repaintable (thanks Ronin): Oh, they are NOT tradeable. (You cannot change/paint the wheels on these):
Red (I re-painted)
Black
Blue (I re-painted)
Green (I repainted)

The Honda Integra Type R Touring Car comes in three colors, all numbered #31, and cannot be repainted. They are tradeable:
**BONUS: You can change/paint the wheels on these!:
Red
Blue
Yellow

The Honda S-2000 LM Race car comes in three colors, all are numbered #30, are not Re-paintable but they are tradeable You cannot change/paint the wheels on these.:
Red
Blue
Pink

The Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car comes in 8 known colors, have different numbers, and are Not repaintable or Tradeable
NOTE: The "trim is referring to the side view mirror and/or roof color.
**BONUS: You can change/paint the wheels on these!  ;)
Black w/white trim #00
Blue w/red trim #7
Yellow w/black trim #10
Orange w/black trim #26
Red w/yellow trim #30
Silver w/black trim #37
Green w/red trim #93
White w/blue trim # 282

The Mitsubishi FTO Super Touring Car comes in a few different colors, are not repaintable, and have slightly fogged out numbers which makes them hard to read. They are NOT Tradeable:
Red
Green
Charcoal
White #3
Black
Yellow #7

Blue

The Nissan mm-R Cup Car '01 has a rainbow of colors, all are numbered differently, can be traded, but cannot be repainted:
**BONUS: You can change the wheels on these!
Lavender Metallic #6
Sunset Orange Metallic #10
Orange #11
Red #15
Lime Green Metallic #23
Pea Soup Green #25
Turquoise Blue #41
Silver #63
White Pearl #77
Black #90

The Lutecia and Clio Renault Sport Trophy Race Cars come in many colors and numbers. They are not repaintable , but Are Tradeable.  What I should mention is that both the Clio and the Lutecia have the same number for their respective colors, so you don't have to collect both series if all you want is just the different colors. What I have collected so far (or know exists) is as follows:
**BONUS: You can change/paint the wheels on these!
First, the Clio:
Silver #3
Red #5
Mustard #9
Yellow #22
Black #33

Blue #55
White # 66
Pink #99

Now the Lutecia Clio:
Silver #3
Red #5
Mustard #9
Yellow #22
Black #33
Blue #55
White # 66

Pink #99

The Toyota Altezza Touring Car comes in one color with 4 trim packages and 4 different numbers.  The wheels, side view mirrors and grill inserts are 4 separate colors. The the car can be traded, wheels can be changed/painted, but no Aero Parts and no painting . (Thanks Dlrws6!)
#10 gray with yellow trim
#24 gray with black trim
#35 gray with blue trim
#40 gray with red trim

The Subaru Impreza Super Touring Car comes in 4 colors, are different numbers, cannot be re-painted and are tradeable You cannot change/paint the wheels on these.:
Silver #57
White #77
Red #87
Black #97

The Volkswagon Lupo Cup Car '00 comes in a pletho multitude of colors, of which I have a few. They are tradeable, have different numbers, but are not repaintable.
** BONUS: You can change/paint the wheels on these!
Red #05
Lime Green #8
Yellow #14
Black #19
Orange #20
Blue #23

The Volkswagon Lupo GTI Cup Car (J) '03 has a similar color scheme as the '00 Lupo Cup Car, but the numbers are different. They are tradeable, but not paintable.
** BONUS: You can change/paint wheels on these!:
Lime Green #17
Yellow #24

Orange #54
Black # 77
Blue # 78

The Volkswagon New Beetle Cup Car '00 has several colors and not all are listed here, but these cars have different numbers, are tradeable, but not paintable:
**BONUS: The wheels can be changed/painted! \:
Red #2
Reddish Black Metallic #15
Green #17
Yellow #18

White #20
Silver #21
Black #23

I'm probably missing some colors/cars here, but that's basically the bulk of it.  If anyone has additional information or, has seen an error in my list, please let me know and I'll add/change as needed!  Thanks
(and I know this will be scrutinized by the all knowing - all seeing, )

A Special "thank you" goes out to Charlie, Ronin and Dlrws6 for their expertise. Some things I may never have discovered without their eagle eyes. Thanks guys!

I think this is the Longest FUCKING post I have ever written -started at 5:44 am and finished at 8:20am.  Sheesh!

You can add white and silver to the New Beetle Cup car. I have silver, and I seen some white ones at TuTu.

Also, I'm pretty sure I seen 2 shades of green on the RX7s, I'll have to check again, it could have just been the light.

Any chance you know the numbers of the Bugs? I know you can tell me what the silver one is, but I don't know about the white ones....yes, I've seen them out there too, but can't remember the numbers.

We need to get rid of this Croonah character. Where's Tallstar when you need him?

Just a couple shots from TuTu.

Does the Subi come in red and orange or is that orangish color really red?

My #87 looks orange to me...  But the chip does look a little red.

Kinda like an inverse version of the crappy red-orange FGT, the chip on it looks bright orange but then the car has too much red in it...

I'm slowly working on pics of more of these cars, but it's tough to get all the colors in one race. Seems like the game would use all the colors before duplicating, but that would make too much sense. In one of the Lupo GTI races, I had 7 greens, and 1 red.  :P

To follow up on TunahCroonah's post,

I grabbed my cope of GT PSP which at least as far as available numbers and colors of race cars seems to match up with GT5.

I'm not going to quote his entire post but I thought I could give a few numbers to aid in the search.

Mitsubishi FTO LM has seven colors. The one missing from this list is blue which is also my favorite of the bunch.

Mazda RX7 LM comes in 8 colors.

Nissan MMR Cup Car comes in 12 colors.

Volkswagen New Beetle Cup car has 8 colors.

Volkswagen Lupo Cup Car '00 has 6 colors

Volkswagen Lupo GTI Cup Car has 6 colors

Clio Renault and Lutecia Renault race cars have eight colors each.  Color and number combinations are identical for both cars.

I was going though my cars and I found one that has not been mentioned yet. They are a little tricky because at first glance they all look the same, but in truth the wheels, side mirrors and grill inserts are different colors. Of the 4 that I have found I have #s 24, 40 and 10.

The Toyota Altezza Touring Car.

#24 gray with black trim
#40 gray with red trim
#10 gray with yellow trim
#35 gray with blue trim

The cars can be traded, wheels can be changed but the car not be painted,
