Honestly doesn't feel much different to me.  It still begs for a good tune.

That's Wizards view settings.  I have only a single center mirror like GT5.  I couldn't stand having that much screen space taken up.

Anyone else still playing this?  I was kind of disappointed with Silverstone.  The track itself seems fine but it just seams kind of sterile.  Not too much detail.

Not lately.  I had some problems with the game a while back.... and just never got back into it.  There's some good car mods in the works over at F1Classic though.  Once they're complete, I will probably start playing again.

Finally, a reason to start playing this game again.

Nordschleife released!  It is a mod track conversion from rF1, but it looks pretty damn good for a first release and it'll only get better....

PC only.

The feel is amazing... I don't know if it's light years, but it's way ahead no doubt.  The FFB is probably the best I've tried.

I think the latest versions are 1.0x, so it's technically out.  Though it's still going to be updated with tweaks and new content all the time.

I thought that the Nordschleife got cancelled.  Or is this from a different group?

The biggest problem with rF2 is that it doesn't appear to be catching on.  pcars and assetto corsa appear to be getting much more hype even though they are missing a lot of the features that rf2 has already.

Thats why I've decided to concentrate on iRacing.  The new tire model is quite good.  They are starting to add weather (no rain yet).  And I can find a race when I have time.
