I will post up what I seen in Brindles pic's. I seen a rifle case and ammo box in the corner

I knew you would see that too.   Whadda think he's got in there?  I've been wondering since I saw it.  I like looking at guns ALMOST as much as naked women.  Someone needs to update the boobie thread ASAP. :jimi:

Well, it would be cheating if I told what I think it is. I already know :D

Thanks a lot guys.  It feels so solid, I was amazed at how much that helps with my driving.   ;)

Most impressive!

How "real" is your shifter setup compared to a real car? If it is fairly close that would be so awesome.

I've actually tried to model everything from my honda.  I lengthened both gas and brake to match my cars travel.  The shifter is at the same height as my car, but a tad closer to me.  I may make a new shifter mount section that uses a 45 to let me slide the shifter farther forwards.

@ Boston...  That's my father's old 308 Winchester.  I love the thing, shoots like a dream.   ;D

not a bad idea there Brindle -- to post a pic of a gun with valuable items when showing online ;)

But dont' any lurkers get the wrong idea of what you didn't see in my pics.  You won't get to the basement anyways....  :o

First pic is "door" closed. Second one is door open. This allows for easy entry and exit while still giving me support for the steering wheel mount on both sides of the rig not just the shifter side. Latch will be attached at back side of door to hold everything together tight just as if it were a glued joint.

Great idea for the swivel arm.  Easy to get into and out of.
Looks great!

Thanks, the details keep getting more sorted but I am feeling like it is starting get to the final evolution. Styling is now coming into play any opinions on the pointy nose or the rounded nose. Keep in mind the curved piece is just an old piece being clamped there for the visual an actual "production" piece would be a smooth curve.

I am really looking for feedback on this styling question.

I say pointy, just to keep with the angular look of everything else.

Nice work Baked.  :)

 :stoopid:

For me, the angles work/flow with the rest of the rig better than the rounded style.

Nice try but it is only valid on items in stock and the ClubSport Wheel Base US has an availability date: 2014-09-30. :(
