RSeat North America has sent me a $100.00 discount code because of my RS1 purchase.

I am very satisfied with the rig. if anyone has serious interest PM me and you can use the code for a hundred dollar discount.

Shitty pic of new rig

Very confidence inspiring when needing to saw at the wheel. Has dramatically improved my drifting abilities.

Based on the thumbnail, I'm not sure how you stay in the seat. Tight belts?  Pretty realistic in rollovers though ^-^

Adrian Newey Special. It's glued.

Also, why is that thumbnail upside down?

Y'all have some nice stands.

I have decided to forgo the controller and get myself a wheel (Thrustmaster) and build a stand. I am making it to also hold a 32" flat screen.

Looking at y'alls and some on YouTube I have an idea of what I want, but is their anything I need to know before I build one?

PVC or Wood?

I am a big guy (6' 2" 320 lbs) so I need to build one to withstand my big ass.   :laugh

Good for you, you'll really enjoy it.

There are lots of DIY rigs: I know some here have plans for PVC setups.

Some listed at the planet.

If I were you I would likely go PVC probably 2". If you want any ideas or want someone to bounce ideas off of there are a few of us who have crafted our own chassis' that would be willing to share info. Just holler or if you want I will do a basic break down of mine to give ya some food for thought. Just let me know, don't want to go running off if you already have something in mind.

I wish I could help ya Trendy.   My skills at handiwork are pathetic.  I bought an Obutto cockpit.

Back a few pages, Baked has pictures of his rig that he made out of PVC.  It looks nice and stout.  Hit those guys up for there ideas. I don't know what the materials will cost.  It's gotta be cheaper than buying premade.  My Cost $300 5 years ago.

Best of luck to you sir.  Also, you will not regret getting a wheel!  It will take an adjustment period, but in the end you will be sooooooo much happier!
