aye, the turn in point and throttle modulation is important for turn 7.  I try to hold 3rd gear through that turn but if the tires are worn down a bit the understeer will push you off into the sand.

Does anyone want to meet in a lounge and run some laps to try out these cars?  I've run both the Corvette and the GT-R and I'm still undecided.  Would like to try each in the heat of battle to see what happens to tire wear.

I'm west coast and could be ready at 7am. I know 10am may be a little late in the morning for you, but I don't feel like getting up too much earlier.

I don't blame you Dude and I'd never ask you to get up early on a Saturday because I know I don't want to have to.  Let me check at home and see if I've planned something I don't remember and I'll get back with you.  Maybe we can get a handful of guys so it's like a real race.

Sorry Dude.  I spent some time at the end of the week in a hell hole of a city north of the shitty city where I live. 

Would like to get in some practice for this before the event, so I need to ask, do we have a date set yet?

How does Friday March 8th work for everyone?  If we want to move forward with this date the TunaCup event scheduled that night will be moved, so don't let that factor into your decision.

Sorry Rick.  I figured some people might be doing Valentine's Day related stuff this Friday (also it's too short notice).  Phreak and I will be away on a ski trip next Friday night, and the following Friday night I'll be out of town as well.  March 8th is the next date after that
