Also I've never set up a room before but have a pretty good idea what to do. The only question I have is qualifying, how do I go about doing that.

Also I've never saved a replay before and have no idea what to do for that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Leaf for QT, after practice, reset track by changing track  ( check that laps are set and the other paramiters you want the race room to be ) then get everyone in pitlane do there 2 lap gt. race start should set the grid. Everybody has to stay in the room, in the pits or on track parked.

As for the replay, after a race is done and you collect your winnings at the bottom of the screen next to enter track there is a flashing podium. Click on it then you'll be asked if you want to save file. Click Yes.
 the race will be saved on ps. You can then watch it whenever, get pics

As a result of some drunken tomfoolery on Saturday afternoon I now have a minor fracture in my foot.  But it's my left foot, which I don't use for GT5!

I will not be around tonight, otherwise I would. Perhaps tomorrow after some TuTu I can get a few more laps in. If not I will see you Wednesday. 

I did managed some laps early Sunday morning with Fried and Baked. They were both very fast and in the low 8's. Personally anything in the low 9's high 8's should be fine. With fast tire wear it will be a strategy decision as to whether to do a 1 stop or 2 stop race.

I'm leaning towards red or yellow for my wheels as neither have been taken yet, or possibly the gold or whatever the stock color on the rim job I bought is...

Wheel colours can be duplicated, just not on the same team. It's just mainly to tell the teammates apart.
