1:36.450 after my first stint.

I'm struggling with this combo a bit.  Haven't raced at Apricot Hill much in years.  Before today, I think I've only put in about 10 laps or so there on GT6.

So far I think 1:35.750 will be my goal.

The car / tire combo wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting, I think I actually disliked the track choice more (or probably just suck more at it than other tracks LOL).

Mid 35's is also my goal for this.

I will say the main thing here is to really focus on line and waiting for the right moments to use throttle.  A little too much sends your line too far to the outside, while not enough causes you to not carry enough speed through the corners.

The esses are the best way to illustrate this.

Also, note that when I got that time above, it was while I was thinking about something else.  So don't be afraid to just "feel" it and think about spill chick or something

I got a couple laps in last night and it shocked me how strict they are on the track boundaries this year, if you fart near the edge your lap gets dq'd. It's better to have that than track cutting, but it was just an observation.
