This week we relive the glory of the every day 80s sports cars, the peppy but affordable runabouts that are just fast enough to be fun .

**NOTE:  The '90 RX-7 and Silvia are being allowed under the "Premium Shoe-in" rule, since they're basically premium versions of existing 80s models I thought it'd be nice to have something premium to drive .**

ALSO:  Some 80s sports cars aren't listed, partly to limit the list size and I also suspect they either won't reach PP or even if they do they may be a bit on the slow side but you're welcome to try them if you so wish.  Super Cars aren't listed either as they're in a separate class of awesome .

I'm psyched about tonight. I think I am going to try the Lotus death trap and the Miata. I think if the Lotus can manage not to kill me for the length of the race it could be fast, and well...we all know that Miata is always the answer to any car related question.

Almost every corner I know exits to either sand or grass. It's just one big playground.
