I noticed the problem on Monday and knew I needed to make a video of the concern. I got that together and emailed them last night and had an email back this morning with an RMA number. They have been been very good regarding my issue.

I prepaid for it back September, it arrived in December faulty. I am just a bit disappointed is all.

I'd love one but it will be a few months until I can afford to get one (assuming the new job works out).

PM me your email you used to register at Fanatec and you can use it at your convenience. The price at this time is 549 and will be going up to 599 sometime in the future.

whenever you get the first run stuff, there's a chance something can go wrong.  it's good to know that fanatec is supportive of the consumers who jump on board at the beginning.

And they did not even repair mine, they sent back a brand new boxed wheel complete. As bad as that wheel felt it amazingly still functioned. Had I known I would be without it for a month I would have waited until after the holidays to return it.

Did you keep an old wheel around or were you SOL?

I'm trying to determine whether I want to sell my DFGT to a friend or keep it for a 2-driver setup for arcade mode ???

I have a Porsche GT2 wheel. It needs to go in for RMA too though. The left paddle shifter switch failed and the alcantara cover is coming unstitched in one spot.
