Wooohooo! I found GT HD Concept.  I forgot that I used a different account.  I'm number one worldwide on every time trial that I have tried.  The leaderboards are still working and surprisingly, people are still playing it.

If you have access to the account that you used to download it, it should still be in the downloads section on the psn store.

I didn't have a PS3 when this came out, but remember seeing my first glimpse of HD GT at someone's house and longing for the day...
