I've got a PS5 and have a pre-ordered copy of GT7. I think I am gonna be disappointed when my G25 ( ) won't work with the PS5, even tho I got it to work on PS4.

Right now I'm only playing PS+ free games on PS5, namely Planet Coaster.

I'm ready to see how many cars we'll be able to do wide bodies on, roll cages, and all that good stuff. Apparently engine swaps are a thing too, but I don't expect it to be anything crazy.

Like GT Sport, i'll probably spend way more time doing liveries, and mods, than racing.

I picked up GT7. Pretty fun so far even though I don't have a wheel. Great seeing a bunch of old names from my friend's list playing.

I am playing but limited in time and no wheel set up just yet. So just getting through the required bits with a controller. Went to modify old cockpit ended up breaking crucial part. Decided to just buy rather than build this time around. Hopefully be able to turn meaningful laps by the end of next weekend. Running on kids PS4 under the name calaby or nickname BakedTuna.

I was playing with a controller. I am now waiting for a Hori PS4 controller so I can setup drivehub. In the meantime I just started running the afk script to make money.

Good God. How does anyone play this with a controller? PS5 won't accept my G25 (or my PS4 Cronusmax workaround). Trying to do these license tests/race with a controller is soooo maddening.

Apparently DriveHub works with the Hori wired min gamepad. I have one on the way.

Got wheel set up yesterday. Had bought a Fanatec CSL base just a bit before they switched over to an all direct drive line up. Got some Clubsport V3 pedals both are mounted to a Next Level GTTrack frame with a NRG one piece race seat. It got its first real workout today. Digging the game will have to try online at some point.
