I would like them to be able to use it anywhere on the track. Just like in qualifying.

I'm not an engineer, but there should be a better way of cleaning up the dirty air so cars can overtake. The adjustable wing seems like a bandaide. Perhaps without KERS the wings would allow the overtaking they were looking for.

I think the combo of the DSR and KERS is ok. It's a bit gimmicky, but it does make for more passing and I like that.
