Great race.  I unfortunately knew who one when I turned on my phone this morning and saw the headline "youngest F1 winner ever" but it was still exciting.  Hopefully they can decrease Mercedes engine advantage in the future.  Having one team so dominant just isn't good.  I thought that I heard that Renault has an engine upgrade coming up.  Hopefully they can close the gap.

I got up at 4am and watched history being made live.  :)

I must say that after the Mercs crashed it was Danny Ric's race until RB altered his pit strategy. Credit to Max though he had a World Champion hounding him for 30+ laps and did not make any errors. All in all an excellent race!

Seems Max Verstappen is also a sim racer. He is a member of Team Redline.

Youtube compression is killing my videos lately.  :P

I've been dreading this one for a while.  Not a big fan of Monaco.

Not sure what to think.  The first chicane has always been an issue.  Moving it back and changing the arc of the curve may help reduce wrecks, or it may just cause them to happen at a higher speed.

I hope they've put in a lot of paved run off area.

Time for a lap eh

That looks like the old version of the course.  I like it better than the new version.  Game Stock Car has this older version.  This is always the weekend of the year that I miss Montreal the most.
