I have been waiting to see what prices would be for some of the grandstands and with those prices, it looks like i will be watching from home. Bummer, I was really looking forward to the roadtrip and race.

You could save on lodging by staying @ Charlie's.

I paid somewhere around $60 for general admission for just Saturday at the Montreal Grand Prix last year.

That was going to be part of my plan, though Charlie didn't know it yet.

Are you going Charlie? I was thinking about dropping the 350 for the weekend and staying at a friends house.

TSN here. One of the guys at work found out that a friend of his had a hotel room in Montreal and an extra ticket to the race. He booked a ticket to Montreal yesterday. His girlfriend is rather pissed. $1000 for the ticket.

Great race. Great result. Great to see Alonso drop all the way from 1nd to 5st in the last ten laps.  Great to see Perez racing so well.

I agree, that was an excellent race. Wow when those tires go off, they really go off. I think it was like 3 seconds a lap or more.

Yep I like it better when the coverage is live on Speed. Fox always delays and edits. Here is the schedule. http://formula-one.speedtv.com/f1/more_schedule
