What kind of wheel problems are you having?

Basically it keeps resetting itself.  I'll be driving along and then out of nowhere the wheel will shut off, immediately turn back on and start the calibration process.

At first, it only happened in GT6, so I assumed it was a PS3/GT6 issue.  But last night it started happening with pCARS too.  So now I'm guessing it's a wheel issue.  My first thought was bad USB cable, so I replaced that.  Still happened.

My next guess is an overheating issue.  I run my FFB pretty strong so I'm wondering if that's causing it to overheat.  I'm going to lower my FFB and play again tonight to see if that helps.  If not, I'm going to tear into it and see if I can find anything wrong.

You could do what I do.  First, keep the FFB low.  Second, don't play.  My wheel still works great.  I think.

I like this suggestion. Maybe the power brick is failing.

Here's my late Barcelona Q lap.

I really wish this game had the 2014 cars.  It's far too easy to get "pole".

It's way worse than that.
