It's an intro movie thing at the main menu before you load into GT-Life mode, sometimes it pans through a Photo Mode location with your current vehicle or plays one of the movies from the Special Events and occasionally you see your driver walking down a row of helmets and suits (like a giant walk in closet).

I've seen it a couple times, there are some cool ass helmits in there.

My GT5 won't let me accept any gifts, so my box is full and I can't empty it.

Nothing I have tried, so far, has fixed it. I am over-dressed and nowhere to go.

I had mine freeze before and I had to do them one-by-one.  I never tried the Receive All after getting one to come down so I don't know if that fixed the problem or not.  I did them all manually and since then (knock wood) any problems have been of my own creation...

I finally seen the demo vid of the helmets, and there are some sweet ass helmets in there. Noticed quite a few corporate paint jobs, Red Bull, Dupont, and Ford to name a few. There was a red tribal flamed helmet in front of the Dupont one that was really sharp.
