These are my boobs. There are many like them, but these are mine.

I have noticed some items listed in the tuning section as available for purchase but the cursor will skip over them. I don't remember which car and what item specifically, but it had a shopping cart icon next to it, but I couldn't select it for purchase.

Yes, I noticed that, too. I tried to buy something that someone had listed in settings for the FIAT, I think. I was not allowed to buy it, either.

So far from what I've come across, if it has a cart, you can buy it. Sometimes I need to start down the left side of the item with the cursor then move it to the right to get to the cart.

I do know the ones you speak of where it jumps right past what you want.

Be in the far left column, scroll down to the item, then move right. I think they did that so that when you're tuning, the cursor is only selecting available parts.
