is this the one grumpy?   if only it did actually sound like this in gt5

Didn't you here?  GT5s sounds are just too accurate.  There is obviously something wrong with this guys recording equipment (and everyone elses besides PDs).

I appreciate that PD possibly has a new car for the game, especially with it being American, but we already have too many damn cars.

Give us some TRACKS!!!

The track problem and the car problem (lack of premiums, inclusion of standards) is the same problem.  It takes PD way way to long to model their cars and tracks.  While turn 10 releases dlc after dlc with many cars included in each, pd release a dlc here or there with a new car or two and others that are just modified versions of cars already in the game.  At least we have a few dlc tracks released.  Now Forza cars are not nearly as well modelled as PDs but they are good enough for many people.  PD really needs to get their act in gear.

At SEMA, the hint was dropped to look for improved new content, not just more GT-Rs. The C7 Vette may be part of that, but the real C7 won't be released until next year, so who knows just when we will get it. They released a video about the new NSX in January, but we still don't have that car.

The video camera used to make this video probably is nothing special and it's mic is clipping a lot, but it just goes to show that what PD uses in GT is not based a lot on the real sounds. Just changing to the 6-speed transmission will completely change how any car sounds in-game because they figure that all 6-speed transmissions have screaming square-cut gears and its sound takes precedence over any engine sound. Trying to do too much in the wrong way?

That really did sound good.  Really hard to see though.  I never knew where the track was, on an overcast day like that everything just looked gray.

They've added...

Spa
Kart Space
Route X
Motegi(multiple variations)

I think that's it, if you got all those, you're caught up.

Thanks for the heads up Dude. I wasn't even gonna fire the old ps3 this evening.

Also, when did they overhaul the PS store? I had to DL a 26 mb thingy to get in.
