I love the Toscana race.

I haven't gone for the speed factor yet (I know, I know, it's a time trial).  I've been trying to see how low I can go on the pp scale and beat the gold time.  So far, 444pp in an older Subi.  A tranny, a suspen. and dirt tires are the only upgrade.  I think a little lower than 444pp is possible in a lighter car.

Boston, if you want a challenge, try a FWD car. I ran it to start with in a Citreon C4, because that's what I used at Madrid. At 450pp it's plenty fast, but the overwhelming understeer is tough. I managed a Silver, then hopped in the Audi wagon.  :D

Ouch. Even with 4wd and 450pp 550pp I have only managed to bronze the damn thing.

Max. allowed is 550PP.  Gold time is 1:55.800

I managed a 1:53.862 in the Ford RS200 at 437PP.
I have it shared if you would like a bit of a challenge.  Tweak the susp., LSD and the torque thingy to what you like, but please don't add any parts that increase HP or PP.  Have fun!

I won some of these with a Toyota 86 GT with no power or weight mods, which comes in under 410pp,(Cape Ring and Autumn Ring) boosted HP for 425pp to win another couple (Tokyo and HSR) , and bought all bolt-ons for ~447pp for win in the Mt. Aso race.

I thought Mt Aso was the easiet...  (it was all timing and rythum for me and I beat it on my second try - first try was familiarizing with the track)

But I had to really boost power on Autumn Ring and still couldn't win because of the Shelby.  Took a break and then tried again.  This time it was replaced by a BMW - I was ahead by start of  lap 3 and easily won.  So I dropped power way back and did it again for more money/XP...

I ran the same car, but @ 445pp for cape ring inner. I used a 69 camaro z28 @ about 445pp for HSR. That is all I have done so far.

Used the V12 Vantage to beat the Mt.Aso race with 430pp. Might try a lower pp today because i won by a few seconds. Also I have only used the Vantage for the other races and have won.

P.S. That's with out the Shelby in race!

Ran Tokyo with the Mazda Roadster TC.  If follows the race line like if it was on rails.  I'm not very good at that track, but the Roadster made it a piece of cake.

Spent almost 2 hours on Automn Ring before getting a gold.  Not sure I always had 2 wheels on the track during the race when I got gold.  There's a section of the track where temptation is high to get through the corners.

I managed to get my gold with the Roadster TC.  At 500 PP it seems to be a little faster than the Toyota 86 GT '12 at 470 PP (can't boost the 86 GT over 470 PP).

Ran HSR at 445 PP with Vette Z06 (C5) '00.  Rally easy at 450 PP.  Tried a few times at 440 PP but no luck.  You guys would probably be able to get gold at 435 PP or even 430 PP with that car and my (quite default) tune.

Both cars untuned except power & weight to get desired PP, and custom gearbox on the Vette.

Got gold at HSR with the Shelby at 430 PP.  Bought a few components to reach 500 PP, then decreased power to get 430 PP.  Sport chocks, rest is untuned.  If you drive the Shelby you don't get a Shelby in front of you, it makes things easier  :)  It paid just a little under 1 million.

Got gold at Aso with the Shelby (at 500 PP), so I finally got my Camaro gift.  Mazda Roadster TC is a good choice at Aso too.

Don't cha just love it when a plan comes together?  Now PD has Us playing the "How much money can YOU make with an undertuned car?".  This , instead of fixing things we have asked for like oil changes and engine rebuilds in the online lobbies....and let's not forget the 20,000,000 cap on the banks (totally RIDICULOUS).

O.K., Rant over, I just needed a short fix, that's all.
