I used a bone stock 430 Scuderia (0 modification) to beat 4/5 events.  It wasn't ridiculously hard, but any sort of slip up and you were cooked though.  The Nurburgring GP/D track gave me fits though and I couldn't come within 10 seconds of winning that one.  Had to switch to a 620 hp 458 Italia to win.

My favorite was Toscana for sure.  There were several turns where I could steer the Scuderia with just the throttle and lay down some super long black strips.  What a sublime car :)

I used the 599, today. The tire wear made them pretty tough.

I never had much success with the 599, (I don't know why) but I've fallen in  Love with the Scuderia 430, the 458 and the California (any of which will work with care).

I just found that the 458 Italia worked best for me. ;)

Last night, I ran a few laps in the C7. The first lap was just over the Gold time, so I did a second lap 45/1000ths of a second under the Gold time. GT officials disagreed with this photo-finish and made me go around again. They thought I was more than 8 seconds too slow.  :-\ The third lap left no doubt.  8)

When I finished, the world record was 21 seconds faster than my time!  :o

More evidence that PD just doesn't fucking get it.  Why the fuck would they force SRF on?????  When I first read this event I thought that I might actually spend time working on it.  Then I read that SRF was being forced on and said fuck it.  Where's the fucking bitch thread?

Which event(s) have SRF forced on?  Also, is it 90 minutes of chasing the even more ridiculously far away than usual rabbit?

The Corvette TT I do find vaguely interesting though, not because I really care about driving a "car in a bag" but because my brother-in-law (a retired GM mechanic) was telling me just last week about a GM Tech running a record-breaking lap around the Nurb in a C7, kinda neat that PD should include something like that in an event.
