Racing Intermediate tires, makes for no hassle races. Easily won all 3, with Spa being a blowout, and having most of the field a lap down.

Here's what I used...
Suzuka..........Honda Weider..595pp
Nurb...............HKS CT230R..600pp
Spa.................R35 TC........681pp

No bonus for using less PP, that's just the way the cars worked out.

Also, tried the Lambo Mercy largo super leggy whatchamacallit at Nurb, but it was just way too unruly. If you want to simulate no SFR, that's the car to use.

I tried the Lambo Diablo at Suzuka and changed tires on Lap 6.

I used the S2000 GT1 Turbo at the Nurb - changed to Soft Racing Tires from Rain tires at the end of lap 2.

I used the Peugeot HDIFAP @ Spa....Changed from Rains ti intermediates on Lap 8.

All of my cars were at 600PP/700Pp whichever the case, and are available fur use online if you have "GTallstar" friended.  If you are interested in using them and don't have me on your Friend's List, send me a PM or an FR.  :)

The way to help reduce the SRF....drop the Custom Differential Braking sensitivity down as well as the accel sensitivity....

It helps, but is not the answer to PD's INEPTNESS to check the settings BEFORE sending out the seasonal evnets.  Yet again they are total boneheads.  How many times can they FUCK up before we just leave?

The field pitted on me @ Suzuka   :-\  .... I kept going on RS's .... 2nd place finished 1:12.xxx behind me.  :P  Used that New Honda that I've never driven .... think it was @ 595pp .... Expert race???  Nah .... was no challenge at all

Haven't done the others .... have no interest @ the Ring.  I may take the C7 trash bag out for its first spin just to see what its like.

If anyone is stressing cause they want the Level23 ticket .... don't worry and let me know.  I gots plenty of them to hand out

7:17 (current #1) @ the C7 Nurb TT is flat out ridiculous.

Only did 2 laps and am at 7:44.  I can see maybe shaving off 5 seconds or so if I ran more laps.

This was my time driving the C7 and while it's not quite as bad as some folks made it seem, it's definitely not one of my favorite cars to drive, that's for sure.  It's begging to be tuned.

Don't get me wrong, I love the track, I just find it a huge pain in the arse for a time trial because it's SO long.  I'd much rather run something shorter and keep running laps if I get a red time than having to start over because there's still 11 country miles til the Start / Finish line, heck even La Sarthe would be acceptable and that's probably a good 5 minute lap in the C7.

Running a TT there is pretty nerve-wracking... I did 1 semi-conservative lap and called it a day. If I would've DQ'd for any reason - especially near the end, I would've tossed something across the room and quit. It's hard to be aggressive when you know if you cross the line, you've just wasted 10 minutes

Alittle push mid-corner, but easily adjusted with throttle pressure.

Overall, not a bad car .... certainly have driven worse.

2 tries at the Ring is enough for me .... I'm done.

Don't forget SRF is on and the car will feel completely different with it off.

The C7 is pretty good for a heavy car (based on my preferences). First try I went off track in the first 30 seconds. Second try was 7:48.8, so I quit so I could make it to bed by 1:00am.
