What do y'all think of the recent Seasonals?

At least now they have made some recent ones with SRF locked off, but they still haven't been all that much of a challenge. One, two laps if we are sloppy, and we're done.

I thought Time / Drift trials were the only ones with SRF locked off?  I did the Nostalgic Supercars one at HSR and could have sworn SFR was forced on unless they've changed it (tried the E-Type Jag and made an easy 3rd, tried with SRF off in practice mode and skidded all over the track), didn't bother the other races.

I have liked the car groupings they've been running even if it is a rehash of A-Spec events, but I didn't bother actually running them because I don't like SRF being forced on.

I've noticed some had SRF on and some didn't, but I haven't spent more time doing them than I had to, to beat them. To me, they have been really easy, which takes away a lot of interest in them.

From what I've noticed...

Races=SRF on
TT/DT=SRF off

Looks like a bunch of FWD cheaters in the Spa DT. I don't get what the point of that is.  :-\

Also, I scored 23,000+ in a modded out 300C at Spa.  :D

I hope PD considers banning these cheaters someday, somehow.

It is considered cheating to use a FWD car when drifting?  I had no idea...

I don't know, I don't really drift. I only know Chrome mentioned they were cheaters.

Also, I don't think FWD drifts as much as flings it's ass around.

^This

They're not drifting. They're holding the handbrake, and zig zagging back and forth. With the very low speed they're traveling, they spend a bunch of time in the drift zone, racking up points like crazy. It makes getting a good ranking, with a legit run impossible.
 The top score right now is in a FWD Mini Marcos, at 38,000, along with a bunch of others.

Hey. Don't knock flinging your ass around. It has scored me many free drinks in the past.

Wahoo! I just golded my first DT using a wheel! The DT at Spa with a bone-stock 330i on stock tires.
