Snuck in the top 200 on the Apricot Hill TT.  With my own tune to boot.  I usually steal a tune from GTP.

Pretty happy with that.

Very nice.

Speaking of Apricot Hill, I had an absolute ball with that TT.  I did baseline runs in a bone stock S2000 and got within 1 second.  Then added some exhaust boltons to get up to 440PP or so and left everything else stock.  Drifting through some of those turns was so much fun!  hahaha.

So with a 200% sign in bonus, Suzuka pays 260k credits. The NSX LM cost 489k credits, plus another 100k or so for mods, makes running that car a no go.

In the short-term, that may be the way to go to keep credits flowing.  But eventually, you'll want all cars (or most) and the NSX LM is a must-have.  So, at least if you were to buy it now for what seems like a bajjillion credits, you'd be using it to run a high paying event that is repeatable...  just another perspective.  :)

Thanks for the Rental car mention. Now nosoks can save some money.

Also, you should ask Boston to ask Kaz when he will be dropping the Matte Green paint?

As much as I dislike LMP cars in general I actually found that Toyota Hybrid thing to be a relatively pleasant drive, to the point I ended up spending longer than usual trying to get a halfway decent time after getting gold LOL.  I still don't like LMPs though ;D.

I had 3 attempts at the Nurb last night. The first two I did not get past the GP track section. On my third I was doing quite well until Klostertal where I found enough grass for a DQ.

So long as you drove it like it was a rental!   :D

I thought it worth mentioning too with the Toyota Hybrid / La Sarthe seasonal that I was actually quite impressed with the way they have set the "Off Track" penalty / DQ boundaries.  They are definitely ever-present but not nearly as harsh as in the past, in fact the amount of curb and run-off they allow you to use actually felt quite fluid and natural to me.

I did stumble over a couple of spots that seemed slightly odd given their proximity to the barriers (as in I clipped the wall but was given an Off Track DQ instead a split second before the contact) but generally I was quite impressed and it made for a much less frustrating TT than expected.  Gourd job PD!

Feldynn I believe that Toyota LMP has AWD (electric motors up front) so that may have led to it being easier for you to drive compared to your "average" LMP.

Got the La Sarthe TT gold on my second clean lap.  For Nurburgring 24H got it on my first lap  ;D
